Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 35.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
