Food & Beverages

For delicious meals in a relaxed atmosphere, visit either the Brasserie or the Terrace Restaurant. Guests also have the option to tempt their taste buds with delicious treats from the buffet. Room service is available from 10:30 to 22:00. The Causerie Bar, seating up to 30 guests, is open from 16:00 onwards.

A refundable deposit of R200.00 is charged on check-in.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 110.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs ZAR 110.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 60.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 135.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
