Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  90 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs ZAR 75 per night per child under 11 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged ZAR 160 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
