Marlee Guest House will send you a confirmation email which they would like you to reply to. For late check-in, please inform the guest house of your estimated hour of arrival and call the guest house an hour before arriving.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
