You can use the free luggage-room service and free safety-deposit-box service at Harcourt Hotel You can use the bars and nightclub from Wednesday to Saturday (free admission), and the residents’ lounge and beer garden.

Check-in for the apartments is at the Harcourt Hotel (60 Harcourt Street). A member of staff will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the apartments. The apartments are 3 to 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It is the hotel's policy to request payment on arrival. There is a EUR 20 refundable deposit per set of keys required. Parking: The Shaw Court Apartments do not come with parking but there is car parking available locally at the Royal College of Surgeons 24-hour multi-storey car park (at an additional cost).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 10.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
