We are 15 minutes walk from Temple Bar. We have brought warmth and a homely touch to this Townhouse, very much appreciated, which, while offering the most modern decor, retains the traditional feel of a stylish residence. Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is available from 07:00. The menu includes: - Home-made brown bread / toast. - Tea or herbal tea. - Freshly brewed coffee. - Fresh fruit salad / grapefruit. - Selection of yoghurt. - Orange juice, grapefruit juice and cranberry juice. - Choice of cereals. - Fruit bowl. A full Irish breakfast is available from 08:00. The menu includes bacon, pork sausage, hash brown, tomato, beans and eggs (fried, poached, scrambled or boiled). Vegetarians are catered for on request and all foods are freshly prepared on the premises. Last seating time for breakfast is 09:30.

Please note that parking is only available from 18:00 to 08:00 during the week and all-day Saturday and Sunday. The reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00. An airport collection service and late check-in is possible for guests arriving in Dublin after 22:00. The hotel asks that you inform them in advance if you will be requiring either an airport collection or late check-in or both.

Nearby businesses include the Bank of Ireland Head Office, IDA, IBEC, FAS and CPA. Trinity College Dublin (Book of Kells) and St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre are 10 minutes walking distance away. Dublin Gaiety Theatre, Dublin city centre, Dart Station and Luas South Bound are also 10 minutes walking distance away. Temple Bar and O'Connell Street are 20 minutes walking distance away. Travel information

By Plane: Travelling from the airport, we would recommend that you take an AirCoach bus to Marion Square and then walk for 4 to 5 minutes. Another option is to take the regular bus number 41, 41B, 16A or 747 to Lower O'Connell Street and than bus number 10 to Lower Baggot Street. Get off to the Old Convent stop before Baggot Bridge. We are opposite the bus stop at number 92.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
