Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  If modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AED 60 per person per night.  Continental breakfast costs AED 30 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
