Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel and for a charge. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 15.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 50.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs AED 20.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged AED 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 80.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
