Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 75.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs AED 20.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 100.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 250.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
