Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AED 90.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
