Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel and for a charge. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 99.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
