Guests can enjoy breakfast in the Coffee Shop which is open 24 hours. Grand Asian Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. You can choose between buffet or a la carte.

Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are provided upon request for an extra fee. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your email confirmation.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 15.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 50.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AED 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
