Transfers to/from Dubai International Airport can be arranged at an additional cost in a luxury limousine upon request. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AED 45.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AED 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
