Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport can be arranged with the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel directly once you have a reservation in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 15.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 75.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  10 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
