If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 115.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AED 58.00 per child under 12 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
