All of the spacious, comfortable rooms are unique and individually-sized with queen-size beds and attractive décor reflecting the history, traditions and ethnic appeal of the Arabian peninsula. Due to the unique nature of the building’s design, the rooms are not able to accommodate extra beds or baby cots.

Food & Beverages

A made-to-order breakfast is served in the elegant courtyard every day and coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 07:00 until 23:00 daily. No alcohol is served in the guest house. Guests can access the restaurants and health club facilities at the nearby Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa.

The hotel does not offer airport pick-up services as metered taxis are available 24 hours at the airport. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs AED 35.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
