Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport can be arranged through the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel directly once you have a confirmation in place should you require this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 79.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
