The Sapphire Hotel Apartments can arrange an airport pick-up and drop-off for its guests. The service is subject to a fee and should be arranged at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  10 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 45.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
