The hotel provides transfers to and from Dubai International Airport for an additional fee. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Wireless internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  10 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
