Our 75 apartments include tastefully designed studios, one and two bedroom suites with the option of an additional sofa bed. Each room is fully furnished and several have private balconies. All apartments include a range of home comforts including kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and cooking utensils.

Dining options range from Arabic, Indian and modern Mediterranean to Oriental cuisine made available at our restaurant and coffee shop. Tuck into the chef’s delicacies as you unwind in the relaxing ambience. If you choose to cook in your own apartment, everything is made easy by our chefs who can source the finest ingredients for you. Alternatively, 24-hour room service is available for your comfort and convenience.

We provide transfers to and from Dubai International Airport for AED 100 per car per trip. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. We can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 30.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
