Various swimming pools, impressive water slides with a total length of more than 600 metres, a wild river, whirlpool baths, massaging waterfalls, beauty and massage parlours and several bars and cafés are features of the Aqua park. The Ambassador Conference Centre can receive up to 430 conference participants at a time.

Food & Beverages

Once in the hotel’s space you will feel as if being in the realm of water plants; you can comfortably settle at the tables, which have 250 seats in total. They are separated by partitions recalling rippling water plants. The interior is really unique: the restaurant is decorated with palm trees, rocks, murmurous rivulets and a waterfall, which create a feeling of calmness and a romantic mood.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
