Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
