Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 95 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
