Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  7 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
