The hotel requires guests to leave a deposit upon check-in for extra charges. Free airport pick-up can be arranged with the hotel. Airport drop-off can be arranged with the hotel for a fee. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 300.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
