Hotel details

The hotel can provide lap tops on a request basis for a fee. The guest will be fully responsible for the security, safety and loss of the rented device. Projectors are also available and can also be hired for a fee.

The hotel’s exquisite restaurants and cafes provide offer an array of delectable dishes from around the world. For comfort and convenience, room service is available 24 hours a day.

The hotel provides a transfer service to and from Doha International Airport at an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly once your reservation is in place for more information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after you have made your reservation. No guarantees on receiving the actual visa on time can be given. The hotel cancellation policy still applies regardless of the status of the visa approval.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  17 % service charge per room per night is not included.  7 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs QAR 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
