Please note that in accordance with Qatar authorities, couples should be able to present proof of relationship with each other in form of copy of marriage certificate or other similar documents. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  17 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs QAR 35.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 55.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
