Transfers to and from Doha International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. Please bring your passport or ID card upon check in.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  7 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 15 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 16 to 18 years is charged QAR 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
