The swimming pool will be closed from 1 August 2009 till the end of Ramadan. Airport transfers are provided upon request. Charges apply. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per stay is not included.  5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs QAR 115.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 100.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
