Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after you have made your reservation. Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs QAR 30.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs QAR 30.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs QAR 100.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  7 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged QAR 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
