Area information

Located in a very quiet and exclusive area directly on the shores of Lake Millstatt, the hotel features its own marina in an idyllic location on an unspoilt bay. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains of the Nockberge and Hohe Tauern National Parks.

Travel information

By train: The closest train station is in Spittal an der Drau, about 20 km from the hotel. Pick-up on request (free of charge). By plane: The closest airport is in Klagenfurt, approximately a 50-minute drive from our hotel. Pick-up on request (for an additional cost).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 42.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged EUR 48.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 16 years are charged EUR 54.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
