If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 36 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 16 years are charged EUR 48 per night per person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
