Dine and savour the Black Forest ambience in the hotel restaurant. Try some Swabian specialities such as Käsespätzle (homemade pasta baked with melted cheese), fresh salads, savoury soups or hearty specialities from the frying pan, along with tasty desserts. All dishes are made from fresh local ingredients, cooked to order and served with Swabian charm. The hotel recommends guests to stay a little longer after dinner, as the Linde is the meeting point for locals for Spätschoppen - the time of the evening when stories are told, beer glasses are raised and experiences are shared. High spirits and Swabian humour are guaranteed.

Travel information

An airport transfer service from Baden-Baden (30 km) is available upon request. The nearest train stations are Calw, Pforzheim or Karlsruhe. There is a bus stop outside the front door. Take the bus from Pforzheim (hourly service) and tell the driver you wish to get off at the Linde in Dobel. The Gasthof zur Linde is situated right in the town centre, next to the Schlecker Markt shop.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
