Food & Beverages

The restaurant, L’Atelier, features a terrace opposite Lake Divonne and serves seasonal cuisine. It offers a 2 or 3-course set menu that changes daily. Depending on the weather, a barbecue is available in the summertime. The generous buffet breakfast includes warm dishes and is served in the dining room.

Apartments are recommended for guests travelling with children. Please note that in the standard apartment and superior apartment, check-in is at 17:00 rather than 15:00. Check-out is at 10:00 rather than 12:00. Pets are admitted, only at the residence, at an additional cost. Use of the spa is restricted for children under 16 years of age. The spa is open every day for non-residents from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:30. The spa swimming pool is open every day for residents from 06:00 to 22:00.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
