Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
