A number of 4-bedroom houses are also available. There are en suite facilities and a separate bathroom. The open plan kitchen area is well equipped with contemporary facilities, very much appreciated, including washer dryer, cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area has comfortable seating, valued throughout, with a cosy open fire, TV and stereo. Local attractions include sailing, highly regarded, diving and organised dolphin boat trips. Striking views can be enjoyed across Dingle Bay and guests will enjoy the large private garden area, and above all, with garden furniture.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42-28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28-8 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
