Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays it is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive at the residene outside opening hours please contact reception in advance. Please ensure you mention the number of adults, children and babies staying at the residence when you make your booking. You must also indicate your time of arrival and leave a mobile telephone number.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per child under 10 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
