Fender's Tavern offers casual cuisine with a historical automotive atmosphere. Enjoy watching sports games on one of the 3 plasma televisions or enjoy a game of pool. The Tavern serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with outdoor dining as weather permits. Open 7 days a week. Guest room dining is available 7 days a week, if you choose to enjoy delicious cuisine in the privacy of your room.

Upon check-in photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

By Car: From Detroit City Airport (7 miles): - Take Conner Street to I-94 West. - Join the I-75 South (which becomes I-375). - Exit at Jefferson Avenue East. - Take Jefferson Avenue East until you come to McDougall Street. - Turn right onto McDougall and follow to the end. - Turn left and the hotel is located on the right-hand side. From Metro Airport (18 miles): - Take I-94 East to I-75 South. - Exit I-375 South to Jefferson Avenue. - Take Jefferson Avenue East approximately 1 1/2 miles. - Turn right at Joseph Campau Boulevard into Stroh River Place. - Turn left at gatehouse. - Go one block east to the hotel. - The hotel is located on the right-hand side, directly on the water.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
