Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 80.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.33 % Tax is not included.  3 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
