Set on the hill of Cape Vo, valued throughout, a protected nature area, the hotel boasts magnificent views across Lake Garda and a host of sports and leisure activities. It is set within a large park measuring 50, highly regarded,000 m²; which means you have plenty of open space to relax in. 5 km from the popular lakeside town of Desenzano. It is impossible to be bored with tennis and volleyball courts, very much appreciated, table tennis, and five-a-side football to choose from. In the hotel you will find a private beach and a swimming pool with deckchairs. Throughout the gardens you will find a playground, highly regarded, picnic tables and barbecues. The cottages and apartments are spread out throughout the resort and have a view of the lake or the swimming pool. For your convenience there is a mini market, very much appreciated, plus a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy your meal while admiring the view. Nature trails lead up the hill and are great for a panoramic walk.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person.

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
