Please note that final cleaning is included in the apartment rate only for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Daily cleaning and daily bed linen and towel changes are available on request at an additional cost. When booking, please include your arrival time in the comments box.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
