Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 30.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 44.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
