Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs USD 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged USD 5.00 per night and person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
