Room rates on 25th December and 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged separately Please note that the Purnama Coffee Shop will be under going renovation works from 1 October 2009 to 15 December 2009. Guests will be able to dine at Bali Brasserie where breakfast, along with lunch and dinner are offered.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
