Area information Dénia is set on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Valencia. The town’s Moorish castle is set next to the property, and the beautiful natural park of Montgó is located just outside the town. The 11 km of local sandy beaches are only a 5-minute-walk away (a distance of around 800 metres). You can also easily reach the port, from where ferries sail to Ibiza and Mallorca, as well as the railway station.
