The swimming pool is open from 08:30 to 20:00 Monday through Friday and from 08:30 to 21:00 at weekends.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Sunday through Thursday and from 08:00 to 21:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code. For stays of at least 2 nights, the apartments will be cleaned once free of charge. For stays of at least 3 nights, the apartments will be cleaned twice free of charge. For stays of two nights minimum, a change of linen is provided. For stays of three nights, two changes of linen is available.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
