Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All further children under 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 7.50 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
