Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  USD 15.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
