Area information

The climatic health resort of Davos is the highest-situated city in Europe (1560 metres above sea level). During summer Lake Davos is great for sailing and surfing, offering steady wind. In winter you can choose from 5 great ski areas, the Jakobshorn (2590 metres), the Parsenn area (2844 metres) and the 3 family-friendly areas Pischa (2483 metres), Madrisa (2602 metres) and Rinerhorn (2490 metres). All in all they offer 300 km of ski runs and 55 lifts.

Travel information

From Zurich airport: Every Saturday from the beginning of December until Easter there is a shuttle bus service (Davos Express) between the airport and Davos.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 5.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
