The hotel offers simply furnished rooms with comfortable interiors. Some rooms benefit from balconies and views of the surrounding area. All rooms are non smoking areas. Guests can smoke on the balconies, on the terrace or in the restaurant. Extra beds are only available in certain rooms and are subject to availability.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is served in the hotel between 7:00 and 9:30 on Monday to Saturday and from 7:30 to 10:00 on Sundays. The hotel's restaurant Rossli is located on the ground floor and provides seasonal cuisine and refreshments. Lunch is served 11:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday and dinner is served from 17:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Saturday. The restaurant is closed all day on Sundays and for lunch on Saturdays.

Please note that the hotel does not accept American Express cards. Bookings that are guaranteed with AMEX will be cancelled by the hotel. Extra beds are only available in certain rooms. Cots and beds for children can be placed in adult(s) room. Please request these in advance. Public Parking will be free from 1st May - 28th November. Charges will apply outside of these dates.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CHF 5.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CHF 12.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 10.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 5 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 16 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
