Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 17.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AUD 19.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
